What we collect

Telegram ID, first name and username (received from Telegram when you start our bot). Technical logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security. Payment metadata — amounts, statuses — never card data.

Why

So your subscribers can find you and you can serve them. To comply with the law (reporting, mandatory log retention). To improve the product — only with your explicit analytics consent.

Retention

Your subscribers' data — while your workspace is active plus 30 days. Payment metadata — 7 years (legally required). Technical logs — 90 days.

Your rights

Export, correct, delete, withdraw consent — all available from admin or by emailing the address below. We respond within 30 days.
